135 C Flexible Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing

This flexible heat shrink polyolefin tubing features an outstanding balance of electrical, chemical and physical properties, making it the most popular choice for a wide variety of industrial and military applications. Rated for 135°C continuous operation and engineered for superior flame resistance this tubing is typically used as a shrink-fit electrical insulation over cable splices and terminations. It is also ideal for light-weight wire harness covering, wire making and bundling, component packaging, and as a fire-resistant covering. The clear tubing provides excellent visibility for component packaging. All sizes are split-resistant, mechanically tough, easily marked and resistant to cold flow.

Applicable Specifications: AS23053/5, Class1, Class2 (Clear)* AMS 3636 and 3637, UL recognized and CSA certified at 600 volts @125 °C: UL File Nos. E-39100, VW-1 and E-69751 and CSA No. 38227, OFT.

Shrink Information: Application of heat above 121°C will shrink this tubing quickly to 50% of its supplied diameter or snug down on the object it is to cover. Also available in 3:1 and 4:1 shrink ratio.

Temperature Ratings: Continuous operation of -55 °C (-67 °F) to +135 °C (+275 °F) Elevated temperatures to +300 °C (+572 °F) for short time periods. Minimum Shrink temperature is +121 °C (+250 °F).

Standard Colors: Type 1 (Flame Retarded) Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Type 2 (Flammable) Clear.

Standard Packaging: Four-foot lengths or spools.

Custom Imprinting: Tubing can be hot stamp printed.

Markers: Cut pieces and printed tubing available on order. Request quotation.
